Privacy Policy

OnAirAd is a business service. Accounts are created by us for advertisers, exhibitors and franchise partners we have an agreement with — there is no public sign-up, and the platform is not directed at children.

• Sign-in identifiers: your email address and mobile number. Either one identifies you at sign-in; the one-time passcode is sent to your registered email address.
• Account and billing details: the company name, address, tax registration and contact details recorded on your agreement, which we need to raise invoices and meet our own statutory obligations.
• Content you upload: the images and videos you supply as campaign creatives. They are stored so they can be delivered to your screens, and are used for nothing else.
• Transaction records: wallet top-ups, payments, invoices and credits. We record that a payment happened and for how much — we never see or store your card, UPI or bank credentials, which you enter in the payment provider's own screens.
• Campaign and delivery data: where and how often your content played, so we can show you performance and bill accurately.
• Technical logs: request and error logs, including the network address a request came from, kept to keep the service running and secure.

The app keeps your session so you do not have to sign in every time you open it, together with small preferences such as the theme you chose. This stays in the app's own private storage on your phone and is removed when you sign out or uninstall the app.

The app asks for no device permissions beyond network access. It does not use your location, contacts, camera, microphone or health data, and it reads a file from your device only when you choose one to upload.

To operate your account and deliver your campaigns; to bill you and account for the money; to provide support; to keep the platform secure; and to meet our legal and tax obligations. We do not use your information for advertising, profiling or tracking, and the app carries no advertising or analytics tracking software.

OnAirAd does not sell or rent your personal information. We share only what a service needs to do its job:

• Payment providers process your payments and tell us the outcome.
• Cloudflare Turnstile checks that a sign-in attempt comes from a person rather than a bot.
• Our hosting and email providers run the servers and deliver account email.
• Our accounting provider holds the invoices we are required to keep.
• Government authorities, where the law requires it.

Account, invoice and transaction records are kept for as long as your agreement is active and afterwards for the period Indian tax and company law requires. Operational logs and audit history are kept for a limited period and then removed. Creatives are kept while the campaign that uses them exists.

• In transit: all traffic between the app or browser and our servers uses TLS.
• Access control: your data is visible only to your own account, and to the OnAirAd staff who need it to support you.

You may ask us to give you a copy of your information, correct it, or delete it. Much of it you can view and correct yourself in the dashboard; for anything else, or to close an account, write to the address below and we will act on it. Because accounts are opened under a business agreement rather than by self sign-up, closing one is handled by our team rather than from inside the app. Note that we cannot delete records — invoices in particular — that the law requires us to retain.

If we change how we handle your information we will update this page and the date at the top of it.
