• Your Account:
  • Security: You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for all activities that occur under your account.
  • Content Ownership: You agree that any content (images, videos, or text) you upload is yours or that you have permission to use it.
  • Usage Rules: You will not upload anything illegal, offensive, or harmful.
• Payments & Cancellations
  • Billing: You agree to pay the fees for the plan you select.
  • Refunds: Please refer to our Cancellation Policy for details on refunds.
• Hardware & Internet OnAirAd provides the software. If you choose to use your own device and internet service, it is your responsibility to ensure:
  • You have the required screens and media players.
  • You maintain a stable internet connection to run the displays.
  • OnAirAd is not responsible for downtime caused by your hardware or network issues.
• Limitation of Liability We are here to help your business grow, but OnAirAd is not responsible for any indirect losses, loss of profit, or hardware damage that happens while using our software.
